GAIN Pillar: [A] Advantage + [N] Navigation
Focus: Business Model & Sales Force
Key Result: New VMV + recut sales force + SME solution requests as the main ask at RBHK
The Challenge
A local System integrator company had a working POS and OMO platform but a narrow, product-focused story. One sales bench mixed street shops with group tenders. After two thin months, growth was limited by direction — not by the product.

Our GAIN Solution
We partnered with leadership on Advantage (A) and Navigation (N) of the GAIN Framework™.
- We helped leadership redefine Vision, Mission and Values and reposition the company that helps businesses operate smarter and grow faster — one stack, one path.
- We rebuilt the sales force as 5·2·1+: five markets, two doors (Success year-cards for S/M; Growth SOW for E), one platform of four cards, plus channel, pop-up and partner engines.
The Result
The model change showed up immediately on a public floor. At Restaurant and Bar Hong Kong (1–3 September 2026) the booth sold an SME door an owner could buy, and sent group badges to the other door the same day.

Key Impact
- 30% surge in event inquiries
- Double-digit SME solution requests at RBHK — not generic “send me a POS deck”
- VMV live on the floor within 90 days; sales split into Pre-sales (book), SE (close S/M), Growth (E)
By evolving from a traditional product house into a directed SME SaaS company, it could Go Above and Beyond to Gain a sales motion that matches the platform — and a show pipeline built for a 1,000-shop year.
